Hiring for Team Lead - Biologics Process Development

Experience - Masters/ Doctorate in Bioengineering/ Biotech/ Biomedical with 10+ years of industry experience.

Lead the cell culture development team and be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all cell culture development-related activities and deliverables for the Bicara Therapeutics portfolio.
Strong fundamentals in mammalian cell-culture development-related knowledge, applications, and skillsets and a good understanding of current technologies in this domain
Understanding of the Design of experiments/Quality by design approach, process characterization knowledge; of the analytical tools used to monitor cell-culture development; technology transfer activities.
Good people management skills and ability to work collaboratively.
