Job Description:

1) Basic molecular biology techniques such as PCR amplification, qPCR, DNA isolation

2) ELISA method development for various programs

3) Method qualification and transfer to QC

4) Sample analysis

5) Gel electrophoresis and western blot

6) Antibody purification and conjugation

7) Preparation of protocols, reports and SOPs

Department: Pilot Plants - Upstream

Job Description:

1) To handle Fermentation upstream activity of Bio reactor setup/operation for fermentation development process (Microbial & Mammalian)

2) To carry out the day to day production activity in shift operation and achieve the production targets

3) Support the production team and participate/supervise in shift operations (Cleaning equipment, Sterilization, Centrifuge operation, WFI water plant, microbiology related work etc..)

4) Monitoring and control of specific production operations and parameters

5) Basic knowledge to handle supporting lab instruments for sample processing and reporting of data

6) Raw data entry to quality records and knowledge on CGMP, documentation practice

7) Adherence to Standard operating procedures, EHS & QMS system

8) Good at chemistry and able to understand basic biological terms and able to work in shifts

Job Description:

1) Protein biochemistry, 2)Downstream process development, 3) Process scale up technology transfer and process validation, 4) Process characterization for late stage biologicals

5) Thorough understanding on technical aspects of process development, scale up and technology transfer to pilot plant and manufacturing facility

6) Planning of experiments, execution, summarizing/Presenting the experimental outcomes and deriving technical conclusions

7) Updating regular lab note book documentation, technical reports and communicating the key findings

4. Level: Scientist/Senior Scientist

Department: Downstream- Mab's

Qualification: M.Tech Biotechnology, Bioprocess technology, Biochemical Engineering

Experience: 1-4 Years

Job Description:

1) The candidate will be part of the purification team and will be responsible for developing and characterizing purification processes to be scaled-up to the manufacturing facility

2) Execution of experiments using DoE approach, for process development and characterization, of purification operations (Chromatography and Filtration)

3) Scale down studies and scale-up support for manufacturing operations

4) Handling of purification systems (Akta Explorer, Avant), ultrafiltration membranes and filtration assemblies

Department: Formulation- Drug Product

Qualification: M.Sc, M.Tech (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, M.Pharm)

Experience: 1-4 Years

Job Description:

1) The scientist will be required to extensively run HPLC, UV, DSC, microscope instruments (and other equipment) for conducting various types of stability studies including process characterization studies

2) Data analysis and understanding trends in data generated is an integral part of the role. For this purpose, interfacing with other departments such as Manufacturing and QC is necessary

3) Excellent documentation skills are a must, as are protocol and report writing skills. Experience with drug product development for injectables is a plus

Note: Pilot Plants-Candidates required to working in shifts & on 6 day week basis
