Manager - PDL / Tech Transfer (Injectable) - Sun Pharma Halol.
B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 11-14 years of experience in Injectable.

JOB PROFILE:
1) Execution of sterile filling activity for injectable, solve trouble shooting on vial, ampoule, cartridge, PFS filling machine, involve in suspension, microspheres manufacturing activity.
2) Execution of technology transfer to CMO/Site transfer, Scale up, Exhibit, Process validation batches plan with effective planning and utilization of men, materials and machineries.
3) Documentation work like defining containment approach as a part of new production introduction, scale-up reports, BMR review, sampling plan, PV protocol and URS preparation.
4) Responsible for review of MF, FMEA, RA & protocol (Sampling plan, Process validation protocol) and compliance.
